The large porchetta can also be delivered whole
with the head and tail still on. This is used instead of a hog roast and has the huge advantage for chef's who require
an easy to carve dish. This product contains no bones and has very little waste; also with the product being completely
boned and rolled it can also be lined with any herbs and spices or our Somerset infusion.
