Our large porchetta rolls can be cooked in the
oven as a roasting joint, barbequed or as in the picture below, smoked.

The Large Porchetta roll is usually delivered
in 2 pieces. The rolls are strung and netted ready for the oven. They can be ordered in the traditional style, plain
or Somerset. They are used to great effect at barbeques, weddings, buffets and on any carvery. The most popular
size is 10 - 14kg.
