Gourmet Medallion Lamb

Here at Pugh’s we only ever provide award winning top quality produce and this ethos stays the same throughout our product range.

The lamb we use is the best In the world, purchasing only UK grass fed lamb at very competitive prices, this selection of meat is only available fresh from the Months of May through to August, this is the best time to get the best flavour from the lamb hence why we only get them at a certain time of year. All lambs are handpicked by either Barry or Richard Pugh so we are able to meet the right specification and standard to produce the best quality lamb that the UK has to offer, it is boned, then infused with either the Traditional Italian herbs or a mint marinate whichever you choose, it is then rolled into a 3 ½ ‘ in diameter, this enables the chef to produce constistant portion sizes and also an elegant presentation as the herbs can be seen when you cut through.
